Shorba-Soups

The word shorba, comes from the Persian "shor" combined with "ba" to mean a saltish drink; a curry, which is usually of the consistency of soup. It was traditionally prepared by keeping the soup handi on a slow fire to simmer overnight. The
result is a refreshingly rich, nutritious extract, delicately imbued with the varied flavours of herbs and spices - a grand experience indeed.
